These terms apply when you book a decoration service from Party Craze through this website, over the phone or on WhatsApp. By placing a booking you agree to them.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it and received the agreed advance payment. We will confirm the date, time, venue and package with you before the setup.
Same-day bookings are accepted subject to team and material availability. We recommend booking at least one to two days ahead to be sure of your preferred slot.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website are for the package as described. Decoration setups may be adjusted to the venue, and any change you request that adds materials, extra time or travel outside our usual service area may change the price. We will always tell you the revised price before proceeding.
Payment
An advance is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable as agreed at the time of booking — for most bookings this is after the setup is complete.
Your Responsibilities
Please make sure our team can access the venue at the agreed time, and that permission has been obtained from the venue, society or building management where required. Please also tell us in advance about any restriction at the venue, such as limits on fixing items to walls or ceilings.
We cannot be held responsible for a setup that could not be completed because access was denied, the venue was not ready, or permission was not available.
Decoration Materials
Decoration materials remain our property unless the package states otherwise. Balloons are natural products and their appearance can be affected by heat, sunlight, sharp surfaces and handling. We are not responsible for damage caused after our team has completed and handed over the setup.
Photographs
We may photograph the completed decoration for our portfolio and social media. If you would prefer we did not, simply tell us before the event and we will not use images from your booking.
Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We plan our schedule to arrive well before your event. In rare situations outside our control — such as extreme weather, traffic disruption, strikes or a venue-side problem — a setup may be delayed or need to be rescheduled. In such cases we will contact you immediately and offer a reschedule or a refund of the advance.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the booking you have paid for.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
