Party Craze respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a decoration service with us, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
When you place a booking we collect only what is needed to deliver it:
- Your name — so our team knows who to contact on the day.
- Mobile number — to confirm the booking and coordinate the setup, usually over WhatsApp or a call.
- Email address — for the order confirmation and any booking updates.
- Venue address and city — so our decorators can reach the correct location.
- Event details — such as theme preferences or special requests you share with us.
If you create an account, we also store your login details. Passwords are stored in an encrypted form and cannot be read by us or anyone else.
How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to confirm and deliver your booking, to contact you about it, to process payments, and to respond to your enquiries. We may also use your contact details to tell you about offers — you can ask us to stop at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to complete your booking — for example with the decoration team assigned to your event, or with a payment provider when you pay online. Providers such as Google may collect usage data through analytics or reviews shown on this website, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to keep your cart and login session working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work correctly.
Data Retention
Booking records are kept as long as needed for our accounting and legal obligations. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
