The first question almost every caller asks us is the same: “Birthday decoration ka kitna lagega?” It is a fair question, and a vague answer helps nobody. So here are the actual numbers from our own catalogue — what a birthday setup in Patna costs in 2026, what changes the price, and what you get for it.
Short answer: ₹999 to ₹16,000 for most home birthdays
Out of the 168 birthday setups currently on our site, this is how the prices fall:

The most common band is ₹1,500 – ₹9,999. If someone gives you a single number without asking about your room, your date and your theme, treat it with suspicion.
What actually changes the price
1. The size of the wall, not the size of the party
Decoration is priced by area covered, not by how many guests are coming. A 10-foot balloon backdrop costs the same whether 8 people see it or 80. This is why a small flat in Kankarbagh and a big house in Patliputra can pay almost the same amount.
2. Theme work
A plain balloon wall and a full theme setup are different jobs. Themed props — jungle safari, unicorn, Boss Baby, Hot Wheels — are made or sourced separately, which is why 154 of our 157 theme setups sit above ₹10,000 while plain balloon work starts at ₹999.
3. Height and ceiling work
Anything on a ceiling, a stairwell or above 8 feet takes longer and needs two people instead of one. Ceiling balloons and hanging installations add to the cost for that reason alone.
4. Distance
Inside Patna, travel is included in the listed price. Outside Patna — Hajipur, Danapur, Bihta, Fatuha and beyond — an 18% convenience charge is added to the booking price. You see it in the cart before you pay, not after.
What is included in the price you see
- All material — balloons, backdrop, props, lights listed in that design
- Our own decorators coming to your location and setting it up
- Setup time, usually 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the design
- Taking our reusable equipment back after the event
What is not included: cake, food, photography and artists. Those are separate — you will find them under cakes and party artists if you want to add them.
How the payment works
We take 35% in advance to confirm the booking. The balance is paid after the decoration is completed, not before. You see the setup, then you pay the rest. That is deliberate — it keeps the pressure on us to finish properly.
How late can you book?
- Inside Patna: same day decoration is available, subject to the team being free. Call early in the day rather than at 6 pm.
- Outside Patna: booking at least one day in advance is compulsory. There is no same-day option out of town — the material has to travel.
A realistic way to set your budget
Decide the wall first, then the theme, then the extras. A ₹2,500 backdrop in the right corner of the room photographs better than a ₹6,000 setup spread thin across a hall. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the room on WhatsApp — we will tell you honestly what will fit and what it will cost.
